Are you ready for Black Friday? Prime day set record numbers this summer. Black Friday 2023 presents a perfect time to plan for the year ahead. Whether you have too much, or too little inventory, now is the time to plan. We will equip you with the tools, thinking and planning to get you through BFCM and silly season 2023. We will be setting out the agenda for planning for the full calendar year of 2023. There will be no more comprehensive "on the job" training.
What To Expect
Your Level
This module is universal. Whether you are a multi-store, multi currency retailer or a single product company, the process needs to be the same. We keep language simple and tools cheap.
Your Supplies
Understanding your brand and your customers is key. You need to bring performance and customer data. We will equip you with the rest.
Your Small Group
You’ll be learning along with other passionate similar businesses. We will show you there is no secret sauce. Structure is everything.
