The software embeds a dynamic customer journey into the website, which helps companies create a more powerful connection between the brand and the consumer. This engagement enables the brand to learn more about the consumer in terms of their motivation, mindset, goals, and appetite for investment. It is with this level of understanding that powerful recommendation logic applies prioritization or de-prioritization to their product range to ensure that just the right products or services are recommended.
It is also due to this authentic tie to the consumer that the software can make appropriate upsell recommendations.
