He collaborates with consumer brands to deploy Intelligent Guided Selling, which is a Software-as-Service platform designed to drive personalization on e-commerce sites.

This engagement enables the brand to learn more about the consumer in terms of their motivation, mindset, goals, and appetite for investment. It is with this level of understanding that powerful recommendation logic applies prioritization or de-prioritization to their product range to ensure that just the right products or services are recommended.

It is also due to this authentic tie to the consumer that the software can make appropriate upsell recommendations. Intelligent Guided Selling has enabled brands to truly personalize the online shopping experience, resulting in higher online conversion rates, longer session duration, and greater average transaction values.

The technology has won multiple e-commerce awards. The first was recognition by Ecommerce Awards 2020 for ‘Best Use of Personalization’ for the deployment of the solution for LEGO. The second was ‘Online Innovation of the Year’ by Retail Systems Awards for a deployment with The Phone Co-op.  Conversity has been recognized as a ‘Top 40 Ecommerce Agency’ in the United States.
