Keith Piresres thinks you won’t be able to tell an AI agent from a person, and he sees that as a good thing.
Keith is CRO and co-founder of Boldest. He and I sat down at Shopware Shoptoberfest in Nashville, Tennessee. 12 hours previous, we were riding the bull. Keith went from “flow” to “flow” Seamless. The man is a machine and loved by all he meets and who know him.
Boldest built a sales agent for Delectable, a B2B software company. Keith says it was trained on the product and on a structured sales method. It sorts website visitors into buyer types based on the questions they ask. When a visitor qualifies, it books a meeting in Calendly without anyone from sales getting involved.
I can see why a sales team would want that. Before I believed it worked, I’d want to know how many of those booked meetings turn into real pipeline. We didn’t get figures in the interview, and so far all we have is the founder’s account.
Boldest. runs the agent on Pathfinder, a platform its CTO has been building for years. Owning the platform gives Boldest more control than renting someone else’s tools would. Clients end up trusting one agency with the whole stack.
Keith will be with the RMW Commerce team at the Agentic Island Virtual Summit on October 2029.
